1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FateLens (fatelens.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of the Service
FateLens provides astrological and numerological chart generation and AI-assisted interpretation based on traditional Eastern systems (Eight Characters / 八字, Five Elements / 五行, and related frameworks).
The service is provided for entertainment and cultural exploration purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind — financial, medical, legal, psychological, or otherwise.
We make no warranties that astrological interpretations are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use this content at your own discretion.
3. Accounts & Access
FateLens does not currently require account registration. Charts are identified by a unique URL. You are responsible for keeping your chart URL private if you do not wish others to view it.
We reserve the right to disable any chart URL that violates these Terms or that is used abusively.
4. Payments & Refunds
Paid features are processed via Lemon Squeezy. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Digital content is delivered immediately upon successful payment. Due to the instantaneous nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical failure that prevents access to purchased content, contact support@fatelens.app within 7 days for assistance.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use FateLens to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data; (c) reverse-engineer the astrological calculation engine; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) transmit malware or malicious code.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, visual assets, and astrological templates on FateLens are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright law.
Your generated chart data belongs to you. You may share your chart URL freely. You may not re-publish or resell chart content as your own product.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FateLens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ¥1,500 (whichever is greater).
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
